Hampton Inn Bellevue / Nashville-I-40 West

The hotel is older, but the important things are fine: Shower water pressure was great and plenty hot. Towels were thick and the bed was comfortable. The room needed blackout curtains. The gym was small and had an elliptical, a bike, and a treadmill. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn.

We spent a night at the Hampton Inn during the ice storm to escape our freezing house. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the front desk woman (not sure of her name but she was lovely). They were all working hard to give everyone a respite from the terrible past few days, and we are grateful!

The shower had the absolute worst pressure but the place was clean and well taken care of. Sheets and beds were comfy. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was replenished regularly.

I booked a one night stay here while I was in town hosting my little sisters baby shower. I chose this location due to proximity to the event location and booked through tickets at work to take advantage of my corporate discount savings through my job. I was prepared for this to be a subpar experience like the last time I had used the tickets at work deals but this location was well above my expectations! The check in was easy and pain free, the sweet lady (I didn’t get her name) at the desk was quick, polite, and personable. The room was clean, in great condition, and stocked with towels! The bed was comfortable and the ac worked great. Check out was just as easy and pain free. The also sweet lady (different one, also did not get her name) was friendly and fast. I will be making many more trips this way when my fist nephew is born and I plan to continue my stays with this hotel!

My room had an odd smell, like dirty feet, but it wasn't bad. The bed was so comfy, I hit snooze the next morning. Good breakfast, wonderful helpful staff.

This is an old hotel so somethings were not first rate particular the old style tub with shower. The bed was too soft but confortable. The noise level was very good. We heard only the occasional bump from another room. The service was excellent. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast crew were very nice.

We had just been scammed by comfort inn, So I called this hotel to make sure I could check the room before we purchased the stay. Kelly picked up assured us then once we got here she allowed us to check our room before paying. King size bed was comfortable and we fell asleep right away. The staff were very hospitable and on top of that, since we checked in around 2:30 in the morning , they give us an option to check out the next morning rather than the same morning.

My husband and I had a really great experience here. The room was clean and spacious, definitely one of the better rooms we've stayed in during our road trips. Chelsea, at the front desk, made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.
